bats…

the first bat must have been about a year ago around this time. and by: "the first bat," I should really say the first round of bats.

there were a few more "rounds."

this must be the fourth.

2 rounds last autumn, 1 round in may, and 1 more tonight.

maybe this time it will just be 1 single bat. maybe i've seen the last of them.

maybe this time i'll get the message, what does it mean?

we all think the seals are sealed, there are no cracks to be found. and yet... i hear the wings, open my eyes, and sure enough...

and where do they hide? I check her usual spots in daylight, and when the sun goes down..
